Rehabilitation and health

Most of the estimated one billion people living with disabilities worldwide lack access to appropriate medical care and rehabilitation services, especially those living in low and middle income countries. Access to and sharing of information resources can maximize the independence and health for people with disabilities, as well as support the creation of services to enable full inclusion and participation in all aspects of life.
